HumanMirror Gmail Bridge is an internal HumanMirror service used to connect the HumanMirror business mailbox to the HumanMirror automation system.
The application requests Gmail access only to perform the functions required by the connected HumanMirror mailbox: reading incoming messages, sending replies, and updating message state such as read/unread status.
Gmail data is processed only to operate the HumanMirror email workflow and to allow the HumanMirror automation system to qualify and respond to business communications. Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or used to build advertising profiles.
OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored as protected server-side environment secrets and are not exposed in the public website or client-side code. Message content is processed only as necessary to provide the requested email workflow.
HumanMirror does not sell Google user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers strictly as necessary to operate HumanMirror services, subject to their security and confidentiality controls.
Access can be revoked at any time from the connected Google Account security settings. Revocation prevents future Gmail API access by the application.
HumanMirror's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
