What an Agent Safety Audit report looks like

Illustrative sample — not a customer case study. Every entity, action, amount, log and outcome below is fictional. The examples show reporting structure and the meaning of evidence classifications; they do not demonstrate that any third-party production platform has been tested or found vulnerable.

Sample workflow: An AI procurement assistant prepares a payment instruction for a previously approved vendor invoice. A customer-owned payment system must independently enforce authorization and hold signing and settlement rights.

Agreed test boundary

Approved action: pay synthetic invoice INV-EXAMPLE-7; destination Vendor A; 50 USDC; network Base; valid window one hour; no private keys. Downstream writer: hypothetical payment adapter in a mock environment.

Evidence levels

L0 request accepted. L1 identity and route checked. L2 policy admitted/blocked. L3 a downstream state independently verified. No L0 response can be promoted to L3 proof on its own.

What a commissioned report will and will not establish

The paid assessment supplies the agreed fixtures, steps to reproduce, results grounded in the supplied test environment, evidence provenance, remediation recommendations, and a list of unresolved assumptions. It does not prove that every possible attack is prevented, certify regulatory compliance, or replace a real wallet/payment provider's permissions, signing or settlement checks.

The actual outcome can be PASS, FAIL or UNKNOWN. The commercial service is an AI-assisted, fixed-scope evidence assessment and is not an accredited audit or security certification.
